How do I add, edit, duplicate, and delete projects?

Note that the below instructions apply only to users with the permission to view, create, update, and/or delete Projects.

You can add a new Project using the red '+ Add new' button on the Projects page. Only the Name and Property are required fields. (reminder that Categories on Projects can be customized if you want to categorize them in a different way). Aside from categories, Projects also allow you to add an icon to visualize the type of project. Otherwise, you can add a project manager and followers - note that anyone that is a creator, project manager or follower of the project can see and access the project and all its details (except for Tasks as they still depend on the Task permissions). Lastly, Projects also have Status, Description, Estimated Costs, Start Date and End Date fields.

To view a Project you can click on the Name in the overview. It also shows the pencil icon to make edits. And to keep a Project at the top of the list, you can click the Pin icon.

You can further duplicate, edit or delete a Project on its Task detail page using the plus, pencil and trash icons on the top right next to the Project name, respectively. Note that deleting a Project will permanently delete the page and any information. On the Project detail page you will see all the details and can change the Status via the dropdown, change the location via the Assigned Properties box, or add any Tasks, Comments, Attachments or Connections.
