Our SaaS platform is cloud-based and accessible directly through your web browser, ensuring easy access without the need for local installations. Since it operates entirely online, many issues can be resolved by checking and optimizing your browser settings.
First Steps: Check Your Browser
If you experience glitches, slow loading times, or unexpected behavior, the first thing to check is your browser. Many common issues stem from outdated versions, cached data, or browser-specific settings.
1. Update Your Browser
Using an outdated browser can lead to compatibility issues. Always ensure you are using the latest version of your preferred browser. Here’s how:
-
Google Chrome: Click the three-dot menu > Help > About Google Chrome. If an update is available, install it and restart the browser.
-
Mozilla Firefox: Click the menu button > Help > About Firefox. The browser will check for updates and install them automatically.
-
Microsoft Edge: Click the three-dot menu > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge. Updates will be applied automatically.
-
Safari (Mac): Open the Apple menu > System Preferences > Software Update. If an update is available, install it.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache
Cached data can sometimes cause issues by loading outdated or corrupted files. Clearing your cache can help resolve these problems. Here’s how to do it in different browsers:
-
Google Chrome: Click the three-dot menu > More tools > Clear browsing data > Choose "Cached images and files" > Clear data.
-
Mozilla Firefox: Click the menu button > Settings > Privacy & Security > Under "Cookies and Site Data," click "Clear Data."
-
Microsoft Edge: Click the three-dot menu > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Under "Clear browsing data," select "Cached images and files" and click "Clear now."
-
Safari: Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
3. Perform a Hard Refresh
A hard refresh forces the browser to reload the page without using the cache. This can be useful if clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue.
