How do I view and filter events?

View an individual event

On the Calendar page, click an event to see a quickview, which includes the event name, category, assigned property, start date/time, end date/time, and followers, as well as the ability to add followers. To get a more detailed view, click the event name at the top of the quickview modal. Here, you'll see all of the event fields, as well as all of the Connections you've added to this event. Select the edit icon to add more information, and click Add connection to connect more objects to the event (eg. vendors, documents, residents, etc.).

Filter Calendar view

Our Calendar functionality allows you to filter your calendar in a number of different ways, so you can easily narrow down the information you want to see. 

To filter your calendar by Property, click the Property dropdown in the breadcrumbs at the top of the center pane. You can select one property at a time, multiple properties, or deselect all properties to see everything at once.

You can also filter your calendar view by ConnectionCategory, and the user who Created the events. To do this, click the Filter button at the top left of the center pane. In the menu, you can search your account to see all events connected to a specific item (eg. the BMW), select one or more categories, or scroll to the bottom to search events created by a specific user.

On the Calendar you will find an 'Event list' button to go a separate page listing all events underneath each other that you can filter and view. This way you can see all events that may be across different months, and this is also the overview you will see when you link to 'See all events' from connections.
