To view and filter schedules, go to the Schedules tab in your Nines account. By default, you’ll see the current week and a full view of everyone who has been scheduled. Use the arrows on either side of the week dates to move between past and future weeks.
To narrow your view, use the filters at the top of the screen. You can filter by Property using the property filter in the breadcrumbs, or by People using the general filter. You can select one or multiple properties and people to customize the view to your needs.
In the same general filter, you can also choose to display Tasks and/or Events across the selected properties and people. This helps you get a complete picture of what each person has scheduled and what they need to do during the week.
The view updates automatically as you apply filters or add tasks and events, so you can easily see the information most relevant to your day-to-day planning.
