How do I add, edit, duplicate and delete events?
Add an event
Navigate to your Calendar in the lefthand pane and click the Add event button to create a new event. Note that the below instructions apply only to users with the permission to create, update, and/or delete an event.
The event name, category, property, and start and end dates/times are required fields. You can also add a description, attach and documents or other files, create a reminder, add followers, and connect the event to other objects in your account (like a resident or a vendor).
You can add all-day, timed, and multi-day events.
Edit an event
To edit an event, click the event you want to change on the Calendar page. You can make some changes in the quickview modal (add a follower), and you can access the full edit screen by clicking the edit icon in the top right corner.
Delete an event
To edit an event, click the event you want to change on the Calendar page and click the delete icon in the top right corner.
Duplicate an event
Lastly, you can duplicate an Event to create a copy. To do this, click the options menu on the Events lists page or the duplicate icon on the Event detail page. Edit your duplicate as much as you need to, and get a jump start on your next event! Note that any connections and attachments you've added to an event will also be duplicated, but they may take a minute to display.
