How do I add users to a household?
If you're the Account Owner and have access to the Admin Console, you’ll see a list of Households along with the number of properties associated with each. Only Multi-Client accounts will see more than one Household listed.
To add a user to a Household, navigate to the Access section in the Admin Console. Click on the user, then select Attach to Household, and choose the Household you want to assign them to.
Next, assign the appropriate permissions role for that Household. This feature allows you to manage both access and role-based permissions for each user by Household.
NOTE: don't forget to separately assign any property permissions to this user to be able to access any related household information.
