How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time. To do so, you can cancel your subscription in your billing portal or please contact us and we will make sure you won't get charged again. We appreciate any insights on your reason for cancelling so we can make sure to either address this for you or improve Nines for others.

If you cancel prior to your next billing cycle, you will retain access to your account until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to your Nines account so make sure to export any information you want to keep.
