How do I change a user email address?

To update a user's email address, navigate to Household > Users  in the left-hand menu. Click the pencil icon next to the user to open the Edit User modal, where you can update their name, email address, permissions role and permission by property.

Once you change the email address and click Save, a confirmation email will be sent to both the old and new addresses.

If you are an Account Owner you can also manage Users from the Admin Console.
