How do I change a user phone number?
For any Resident or Staff member who is not yet a user, you can update their phone number directly on their profile.
However, once someone becomes a user, their phone number becomes part of their personal settings. At that point, it’s up to the user to manage their own contact information for notifications. To update their phone number, they can go to Settings (top right under their name > Settings > Notifications) and edit their contact details at the bottom of the page.
That said, if you're an Account Owner, you can override this by going to the Admin Console. In the Access tab, select the user you wish to edit and update their phone number. This change will update the number listed in their personal settings and will be used for all notifications.
