How Do I Opt In to AI in Nines?

Nines offers AI-powered expert guidance and productivity tools designed to accelerate how you create, summarize, organize, and find information across your account.

These tools can help you move faster while maintaining structure and consistency across assets, tasks, lists, documents, and more.

AI features are opt-in and can be enabled by an Admin.

How to Enable AI

  1. Navigate to Household > Settings

  2. Locate the Enable AI-Powered Features section

  3. Toggle Enable AI to ON

  4. Save your changes

Once enabled, AI-powered options will appear throughout the platform where applicable (e.g., task generation, list creation, etc).

If you do not see this option, contact your Account Admin.

What AI Can Help With

Depending on your plan and permissions, AI may assist with:

  • Generating maintenance tasks for assets

  • Creating structured lists

  • Summarizing documents

  • And more coming

All AI-generated content is fully editable before being saved.
