# How do I view and filter schedules?

To view and filter schedules, go to the **Schedules** tab in your Nines account. By default, you’ll see the current week and a full view of everyone who has been scheduled. Use the arrows on either side of the week dates to move between past and future weeks, or select the Day view on the right. The calendar icon on the right from the week dates will bring you back to the current week.

To narrow your view, use the filters at the top of the screen. You can filter by **Property** using the property filter in the breadcrumbs, or by **People** using the general filter. You can select one or multiple properties and people to customize the view to your needs.

In the same general filter, you can also choose to display **Tasks** and/or **Events** across the selected properties and people. This helps you get a complete picture of what each person has scheduled and what they need to do during the week. The **Schedules** filter helps to filter out any Tasks and/or Events that may not be part of someone's schedule, including unassigned Tasks.

The view updates automatically as you apply filters or add tasks and events, so you can easily see the information most relevant to your day-to-day planning.
