How to create list items in bulk?

Nines allows you to quickly add multiple list items at once using the Bulk Add feature. This is especially helpful when creating checklists, inventories, shopping lists, onboarding tasks, packing lists, maintenance items, and more.

How to Add List Items in Bulk

  1. Create a new List or open the desired List in Nines.
  2. Select Add list items in bulk.
  3. In the text box, type or paste your items.
    • Each new line will become a separate list item.
  4. Click Save.

Tips

  • You can copy and paste directly from spreadsheets, documents, emails, or notes.
  • Each line break creates a new item.
  • This feature is ideal for importing long checklists quickly.
  • You can always convert this List to a Task later.

Important Notes

  • Headings cannot currently be added through bulk entry.
  • Items added in bulk cannot be bulk edited afterward.
  • Individual items can still be edited and reordered one at a time after creation.
