What are notifications about mentions?

After you confirm your preferred notification settings, you can receive notifications about mentions via email, mobile app push, or text message. You will always see all notifications within your account in the top right under the bell icon. 

You will receive notifications about mentions if another user tags you using the @ sign in a Log or Description/Important Information field box.
