What is a multi-client account and how can I get this started?
A Nines account is a secure, centralized hub for organizing all information related to properties, people, and projects. Initially, most clients used Nines for a single household—whether for the principals themselves or for family office staff and private service professionals supporting them. Over time, we’ve seen growing adoption among fractional estate managers and property management companies using Nines who serve multiple principals.
For those who prefer to manage everything in one place, a standard Nines account is ideal. However, if each principal or client requires a separate and secure environment—whether due to privacy needs or because they share an account with additional properties—Nines now offers a multi-client (or “multi-household”) account.
This setup creates distinct household accounts for each client, keeping their information completely separate, while allowing authorized users to seamlessly switch between households without needing to log in and out of different accounts.
To start with a multi-client account, please contact us, as it requires us to change the settings on your subscription and account. As part of this, you are also able to white-label your Nines account.
