Who is the Account Owner, and how do I change it?

The Account Owner role is a super-admin designation for one or more users on the account. Account Owners serve as the primary point of contact for Nines and have full access to all account information, including the Admin Console, which allows management of user permissions, access controls, activity logs, and billing.

In multi-client accounts, Account Owners can also grant or remove user access to individual Household accounts.

To assign or remove the Account Owner role, visit the Admin Console (find the link under the top right profile settings menu) to promote or demote users to or from this role. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
